It all starts with a vision.

SavY is a student run charitable trust that seeks to equip young people with good financial habits, regardless of their background and aspirations. We do this by running free financial literacy workshops in high schools across Auckland and Wellington.

We believe that good financial habits should be promoted alongside other similar life skills currently taught in schools. We hope to initiate a change in attitudes, where financial literacy is viewed more as a habit rather than a skill. The charitable trust is designed to enhance the financial literacy of youth in New Zealand by providing greater access to information and resources.   

We hope that access to such information will help change spending behaviour and encourage better decision making.
